ANA LAURA LOZANO
Senior Strategist
I am a social change strategist, practitioner, facilitator, and connector with over 15 years of experience across the nonprofit, philanthropic, social innovation, and tech-for-good sectors. With a background in Philosophy, Human Rights Education, and Sociology and Global Change, I have worked on programs, campaigns, community engagement, advocacy, partnership building, participatory research, strategic communications, and capacity strengthening. I believe that you can’t have one without the other, and I design strategies at the intersection of these approaches, fueled by the power of co-creation, participation, and collective action to drive meaningful change. My work focuses on amplifying the voices of structurally excluded communities, fostering civic engagement, and building movements for progressive social, economic, and political transformation. I have supported communities, advocates, collectives, and CSOs at local, regional, and global levels—whether managing community-based schools in Mexico, leading campaigns at Change.org, activating social entrepreneur networks across Latin America, managing a civic tech fund at Fundación Avina, or driving advocacy, research, capacity building and community engagement for a global women’s network at World Pulse. Currently, I serve as Senior Strategist at Accountability Lab Mexico and Collective Advocacy Consultant at Women Enabled International, bringing a strategic and systemic approach to gender justice, human rights, and civic participation. Hometown: Mexico City, for the most part. When I’m not at work I’m: Listening to music, obsessively making a playlist or attending a concert. Dreaming of travelling–or travelling, possibly spending some time in Edinburgh; attending an event, protest or panel discussion related to the causes I care about; learning something new; researching some random topic to nurture my dilettante heart; and spending time with loved ones, including my beloved cat, Carlota. Ask me about: Music, social movements, the state of the world (and what we can do about it), travel (and related misadventures), my cat.

INGRID LÖWENBERG
Program Manager
I am a singer, songwriter, and activist currently serving as Program Manager at Accountability Lab Mexico. With a career that blends music, activism, and social impact project management, I am committed to promoting integrity and social justice. In this role, I lead campaigns and programs that emphasize ethics and civic engagement. As Program Manager, I oversee the Integrity Icon campaign, which celebrates outstanding public servants in Mexico who exemplify integrity and inspire positive change in the public sector. By recognizing individuals who uphold ethical values and responsibility, the initiative fosters a culture of transparency across the country. Beyond program management, I have extensive experience in music and film, participating in projects that encourage reflection, personal responsibility, and social change. I have collaborated on film and television productions in Mexico and contributed to artistic initiatives focused on social justice, gender equity, and LGBTTTIQ+ rights. As a founding member of the El Palomar choir, I played a key role in presenting Canción Sin Miedo, a feminist anthem that condemns violence and femicides in Mexico—reinforcing my commitment to human rights through art. Hometown: Mexico City When I’m not at work I’m: Meditating, swimming, working out, playing with my cats, having deep conversations, creating music—whether playing, singing, writing, or recording—learning new skills, exploring blockchain developments, and spending quality time with my loved ones. Ask me about: Music and crypto

SEBASTIÁN MARÍN
Communication Consultant
I am a documentary filmmaker and digital content creator with a deep commitment to storytelling as a tool for social impact. Over the past eight years, I have focused on documenting critical issues such as gender identity, environmental sustainability, food sovereignty, social and labor justice, and gender equity. Through my work, I aim to amplify underrepresented voices and foster meaningful conversations that drive change. My interest in accountability stems from my experience working closely with NGOs, activists, and communities striving for transparency, justice, and systemic improvements. I believe that storytelling plays a crucial role in holding institutions accountable, making complex issues accessible, and engaging the public in advocacy efforts. Joining Accountability Lab aligns with my passion for using creative strategies to promote integrity and good governance. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my skills in visual storytelling and digital media to support initiatives that encourage transparency, citizen participation, and ethical leadership. Hometown: CDMX When I’m not at work I’m: Exploring the city, whether cycling through its streets, discovering new cafés, or immersing myself in art and culture through galleries and exhibitions. Photography is more than just my profession; it’s my passion, and I’m always capturing moments, light, and details that inspire me. Staying active is also important to me, so I make time to work out and find a balance between creativity and well-being. Ask me about: Mexican filmography, cameras and photography, the indie music scene and the best venues in the city, or anything about Pink Floyd’s discography.
